Activating a PSN Gift Card or Game on the Console
- Sign In: Turn on your PlayStation console and sign into your PSN (PlayStation Network) account.
- Go to PlayStation Store: From the console's home screen, navigate to and select the PlayStation Store.
- Select 'Redeem Codes': Scroll down to the bottom of the Store menu and select the 'Redeem Codes' option.
- Enter Code: Enter the code from your PSN gift card or game. Ensure that you input it exactly as it appears.
- Confirm: Follow the on-screen prompts to add the funds or game to your account.
Activating a PSN Gift Card or Game Online
- Visit PlayStation Store Website: Open your web browser and go to the PlayStation Store website (store.playstation.com).
- Sign In: Log in with your PSN account credentials.
- Access Account Settings: Click on your profile icon and select 'Redeem Codes' from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the Code: Type in your gift card or game code in the provided field.
- Redeem and Confirm: Click 'Redeem' and follow any additional prompts to complete the process. The funds or game will be added to your PSN account.
