Dissatisfaction with a game, purchases for the wrong platform, or region-specific purchases are not eligible for refunds.

 

Cancellation and Claims Process

If the digital code has not been revealed, you may cancel your order or submit a claim for a refund by contacting our support team.

Requests must be made within one week of purchase, after which the sale is considered final.

To initiate a claim, provide detailed order information to our support team. Claims are subject to verification.

Racing Hub reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds in exceptional cases.
